Secure Data Centers for Hosting and Co-location

• Robust facility construction and comprehensive access and surveillance controls, staffed around-the-clock by security officers and protected by biometric security

Secure Network

• Data is transmitted via sFTP, an encrypted form of FTP
• Client upload accounts have their own secure location on our sFTP server and can be accessed only from your networks
• Data is pushed from the client site; there is no inbound data access to your facilities
• The DMA website for delivering your BI portal to users is encrypted via HTTPS and, like the sFTP site, is accessible only from your networks and not from the broader Internet

Secure Database

• Security clearance level administrative access to systems containing client data. These systems are hardened, and maintained to the highest level of security patches.
• Log capture and data access audit techniques to protect data. Every access to customer data is logged securely on tamper-proof logging systems that are accessible to a narrow subset of authorized Deloitte Managed Analytics employees only.

• Role-based user access to data. No authorized users gain access to the application until they are authenticated.
