Bill’s leadership experience and vision drives Oco’s strong management team to deliver exceptional value to customers in all industries through the use of SaaS technology and BI. Prior to joining Oco in 2007, Bill served as the Chief Administrative Officer of C&S Wholesale Grocers, a $20 billion food distributor and the eighth largest privately held company in the U.S. He was a senior executive with Accenture for 15 years, leading their global supply chain consulting practice and serving as Group Chief Executive for Global Business Consulting, responsible for practices including Financial Performance Management and Business Intelligence, Customer Relationship Management, Supply Chain Management, Human Capital Development, Human Resources consulting, and Business Strategy. Bill was also a Vice President and Managing Director of Arthur D Little. Bill received a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering and operations research from Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Harvard Business School. Mike defines the strategic direction for and leads the development of Oco's world-class technologies. He brings 20 years of strong technical leadership in advanced technology with a focus on strategic large-scale information-system deployments and the design, implementation, and operation of scalable software and hardware systems. Prior to joining Oco in early 2008, Mike was at IBM where he was architecting core scalable processing capabilities in the IBM Information Server (formerly Ascential DataStage). He came to IBM via the Ascential Software acquisition in 2005, and had come to Ascential in 2001 when it acquired his startup company, Torrent Systems. It was at Torrent Systems where he initially created the scalable computing technology that has delivered enduring value to customers from 1995 to today. Mike’s been a SaaS advocate since 1999 when he co-founded, Fact City, which created an Internet-based information service to enhance the content of high-volume Internet search portals. Mike has served as co-chair for the Data Format Description Language (DFDL) standard workgroup, and on the ANSI X3J13 standard for the Common Lisp programming language. Mike earned his Masters in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from M.I.T, and his Bachelors' Degree in Mathematics from the University of Waterloo in Waterloo, Ontario. An early proponent of SaaS, Alex has over a decade of experience implementing SaaS based Business Analytics. Prior to being named COO, she held the position of Chief Administrative Officer at Oco, and since joining the company in early 2002, has directed a variety of functions including finance and administration, contracting, customer services, and human resources. Before joining Oco, Alex held Senior and Management positions with Bose Corporation, Emerson & Cuming Composite Materials, Inc., and Slade Gorton & Co., Inc. She has broad industry experience including manufacturing, consumer products, distribution, and wholesale perishables and has held positions in finance, inventory management, purchasing, marketing, and sales. Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Smith College. |
